This is a FREE 10-week training clinic for beginning runners and walkers and will culminate with a 5K run/walk graduation event on May 7th in Conway. By the end of the training clinic each participant will be able to run, run/walk, or walk a 5K (3.1 miles). This clinic will meet twice a week on Monday's and Thursday's at 6:00 P.M. in the parking lot next to the Holiday Inn Express.
